Cell Division

Auxin is the plant hormone that activates and directs new cell division and food movement within a plant. It is primarily responsible for cell division leading to active growth of a plant. If auxin levels are insufficient, cell division will cease, growth will stop and flowers or fruit can abort (drop) leading to a lack of bud formation.

Application of Stoller products containing auxin will activate and direct new cell division and food movement within a plant.
